2. Description of Service

Praytify is a faith-based platform that enables users to:

• Create, share, and manage prayer requests
• Join and participate in prayer circles and church communities
• Share testimonies and celebrate answered prayers
• Access devotionals, guided prayers, and spiritual content
• Connect with prayer partners and community members
• Receive prayer reminders and daily scripture

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not create accounts for others without their permission, or use another person's account without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with its purpose as a faith-based community. You may not:

• Post content that is hateful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation without approval
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create on Praytify, including prayer requests, testimonies, and comments. By posting content, you grant Praytify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service as necessary to operate the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post. Praytify's logos, design elements, and proprietary features are owned by Praytify and may not be used without permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Donations and Payments

Certain features of the Service may involve financial transactions, such as donations or tithing. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Praytify does not store your full payment card details. Refund policies are governed by the applicable church or organization receiving the donation.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or if required by law. We will provide notice when reasonably possible before termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

Praytify is a technology platform and does not provide professional counseling, medical, or legal advice. Content shared by users represents their personal views and is not endorsed by Praytify.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praytify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Praytify in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
