We will never remove a feature without giving you 90 days notice and a clear migration path. Your community’s prayer infrastructure deserves stability.

Yes, completely and forever. We believe prayer should never have a paywall. Every personal prayer feature — voice entry, guided reflection, smart feed, pray later, praise — is free. We sustain the platform through church subscriptions and voluntary donations.
You choose whether to continue. No automatic charges, no card on file during the trial. If Praytify serves your community, subscribe to the tier that fits. If not, your data is yours — we provide a full export.
Yes. Praytify is sustained by individual donations through our BYAF (Bless Your Actual Finances) feature. A portion of those donations goes toward sponsoring church subscriptions for communities that need financial support. If your church needs help, reach out to team@praytify.app — we will never let cost be a barrier to prayer.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you downgrade, you keep access to your current tier until the end of your billing period. All your prayer data is always yours.
When individuals give through Praytify’s BYAF (Bless Your Actual Finances) feature, a 3.5% stewardship fee supports platform operations. This is disclosed transparently to every giver. Churches set their own giving funds with no additional platform fee beyond payment processor costs.
Absolutely. Anonymous prayers are structurally anonymous at the database level — not just hidden, but architecturally separated. We never sell data, never show ads, and never surface individual engagement data to other users. Church admin data is visible to admins only.
